After
integrating Parature KB and CRMOL, we would like to show you how the
connectivity works. In this simple video, you can see how to create KB articles
in Parature and how they map to the Cases in MSCRM.
When working with security roles, we often come up with changes to them. And at those times, we might end up with making changes and testing them, shifting through tabs now and then. This could create confusion as to what was the original role security setting, what was changed, what is working, etc., To avoid confusion, one alternate I use is, to create a copy of the role that has to be changed. duplicate check. This Composite Key does not allow records with duplicate
values in the key attribute fields to be saved.
