Excel Integration with MSCRM 2016


Salespeople access Customer information from MS CRM frequently, either online or offline. They need this information to perform what if analysis, make changes to data and upload. Are they complaining of moving back and forth between MS CRM and Excel application? Are they spending too much time for this switch over?
To help increase productivity, Microsoft is providing the ability for salespeople to conduct analysis in Excel, directly within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Excel is now integrated with MS CRM 2016. This eliminates the time and effort required to switch between the applications in the middle of completing a business process.
